Grilled Golden Pomfret Fish | Grilled Fish

 



Usually, I make grilled chicken, but the first time when I tried grilled fish I was so happy with the result. For grilling, I used Golden Pomfret fish. When grilling fish make sure to give deep gashes on both sides of the fish so that masala penetrates deeper and cooks well. And also make sure to take out extra moisture before marinating.



Ingredients:


  • Golden Pomfret Fish
  • onion
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • green chilli
  • curry leaves
  • mint
  • coriander leaves
  • red chilli powder
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • pepper powder
  • salt
  • lemon
  • fennel seeds
  • fennel seed powder
  • coconut oil




Method:


  • Make Masala paste by making a  smooth paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mint.
  • after making paste add other ingredients and mix well.
  • while cutting and cleaning fish make sure to give deep gashes on both sides of the fish so that masala penetrates deeper and cooks well. And also make sure to take out extra moisture before marinating.
  • marinate fish with the  masala and keep in the refrigerator for 4hrs
  • after 4hrs grill in oven at 420degree for about 30-35mins
  • enjoy!!!
