Banana pancakes are pancake version prepared from mashed bananas and pancake batter.
The bananas are mashed or sliced and then they are mixed with the batter or served on top.
The banana pancake can be topped with other ingredients like pancake syrup, maple syrup,
honey, butter, whipped cream, ice cream, powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, and others.
I have used all-purpose flour here, you can replace it with wheat flour or oats.
It can be prepared as a gluten-free dish by omitting the use of flour or using gluten-free flour.
Pancakes are a best option as a snake or breakfast. These are the best replacement for the oily

Preparation:
- Blend Banana, a pinch of salt, 2tspn vegetable oil, 1tspn vanilla essence, 1/2 cup sugar,1/2 cup milk and 2 eggs
2. Take one cup all-purpose flour or wheat flour
3. Mix with liquid ingredients, with a whisk gently mix the flour without any lumps.
4. Mix 1/2tspn of baking powder and gently mix.

5. Pour batter in a dosa tawa, do not spread thin
6. Wait until, holes appear
