Ingredients:

  • Kala Chana - 1cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
  • Fennel Powder - 3/4tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  • besan flour - 2tsp
  • rice flour - 2tsp
  • oil for frying



Preparation:


  • Soak one cup chana and pressure cook it. Add salt and cook well. 
  • Drain and add egg, chilli powder, fennel powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste,
    besan flour, rice flour
  • Combines well
  • Then fry until golden brown and crisp
