Stir Fried Cabbage Recipe | Simple Cabbage stir Fry | Vegetable Stir Fry | Cabbage with peas and carrot stir fry

 


Quick, easy, healthy stir fry recipe with lots of veggies. This recipe will take about 10-15mins to complete. I suggest we can serve this dish along with hot rice, Or even you can serve as a salad. Maybe you can even wrap it in a roti and have a healthy meal. This is my favorite since I find it easy to complete my tiffin if this single dish is made during my busy mornings. Ingredients:
 

  • oil - 2tsp
  • mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
  • cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
  • dried red chilies - 2
  • onion - 1/2
  • green chilies - 2
  • ginger-garlic -1/2tsp
  • carrots -1/2 cup
  • beans - 1/2cup
  • green peas - 1/2cup
  • cabbage - 2 cup
  • turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • chilli powder -1tsp
  • salt - as required





Procedure:
 

  • Add 2tsp oil
  • When oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dried red chilies. Allow them to splutter. make sure they don't burn.
  • Add half a sliced onions. Saute it until they are soft.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and again saute until the raw smell of ginger-garlic is gone
  • When done add veggies of your choice, I am here adding carrots, beans, and green peas
  • When the veggies are slightly soft add shredded cabbage and saute it until they are soft and cooked
  • When cooked add turmeric powder and chili powder and again saute it
  • Don't forget to add the required amount of salt
