Wraps are lifesavers when you are running out of time or wanted to eat something quick but healthy.
Cheesy paneer roll is my version of a wrap that is made from roasted paneer, with some onion, capsicum seasoned with basil leaves, and then dressed and wrapped within your favorite dressings.
Personally, I would love to use mayonnaise or tomato ketchup, you can use any dressings of your choice.
Ingredients:
- paneer
- onion
- capsicum
- pepper powder
- chili powder
- turmeric powder
- salt
- any dressings
- cheese
- basil leaves
- chapati
Procedure:
- Saute paneer in oil, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt for a while
- do not roast for long or else paneer will turn hard
- Saute capsicum and onion for a while in the oil, salt, and pepper
- do not saute for long since we need a crunch in each bite
- use chapati, place a layer of any dressings, add a layer of veggies, and over it paneer cubes.
- use cheese and sprinkle some basil leaves
- a to give a crunch add some fresh onion
- wrap it using chapati
- and your yummy easy wrap is ready
