They may help protect against several health conditions.

The possible health benefits of consuming papaya include a reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, aiding in digestion, improving blood glucose control in people with diabetes, lowering blood pressure, and improving wound healing.

Here in our recipe, we are using ripe papaya for making papaya jam and the result will never disappoint you.

In order to get the perfect texture, you can also use commercial pectin, which acts like a "cement" that helps hold cell walls together. Many fruits like apples contain pectin content which can give your jam the perfect texture like store brought ones. So adding apple puree along with papaya can give you a better result.

Papaya jam taste like the original store brought jam and thus it would be a perfectly healthy option for your jam loving kids
