Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces
  • 1 egg
  • Garlic
  • Whole dried red chilies
  • Curd
  • Pepper & salt (or seasoning of choice)
  • Vegetables of your choice (onion, capsicum, carrot, etc.)
  • Bread slices


How to Make It

Step 1: Steam

In an idli cooker, add chicken, egg, garlic, and whole dried chilies.

Steam for about 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 2: Shred & Blend

Shred the cooked chicken.

In a mixer, grind the steamed egg, garlic, chilies with some curd, pepper, and salt into a smooth paste.

Step 3: Mix

Combine the shredded chicken, chopped vegetables, and the smooth paste. Mix everything well.

Step 4: Toast

Spread the mixture between two bread slices.

Toast until golden and crisp on both sides.
